Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced specifically for us from the Callestaneta Valley region in Italy. Our pastas are handmade in house, except for special shapes like orecchiettes, garganelli, cavatelli, bucatini, tagliatelles, which we bring from Italy. Only Denominazione d’ Origine Protetta Certified San Marzano Tomatoes are used in our sauces. We source the best Italian olives and marinate them in house.
